Module 06 · Honest Reading
Signal Literacy
Cues are probabilities, not verdicts. Stop decoding another person's inner world; elicit a clear response with one respectful move, then calibrate your read against what actually happens.
Lesson 06.1
The Ceiling
Body language can sharpen a question, but it cannot hand you a verdict. Honest reading starts by knowing the ceiling.
Lesson 06.2
The Overread
Your read has a direction of error. If you know which way you tend to lean, you can stop confidence from masquerading as accuracy.
Lesson 06.3
Elicit, Don't Decode
You do not need a perfect read before you move. You need one respectful action that makes an honest response easy either way.
